Avoiding daytime temperatures of 90 degrees F, I'll run over loose sandy trails through the desert at sunset. The cool temperatures and blue-pink sky perfectly complement the release that running provides.
A wildfire tore through the area and burned a few acres. Somehow, I missed seeing the plume of smoke and was very surprised to discover the aftermath in person.
